Rochelle Thompson

Founder / director

As someone who has personally experienced the heart breaking loss of a child, I know how deeply it can fracture your world. Grief can feel isolating,  And totally disconnected from the world.

I personally wanted to build a compassionate professional organisation of incredible individuals , to help families and individuals move forward with  hope and healing

promoting mental wellbeing for all ages

My journey gave me a profound compassion for others enduring this trauma. I created Maddison Mae to offer a space where you can feel completely supported, understood, and embraced with compassion and love as you navigate your healing.

You are not alone.

Iwona

Counsellor & Director

Sometimes life brings us to a point where we quietly whisper to ourselves, “I just need someone to understand.” If you’re reading this, I want you to know — you’ve already taken a brave and meaningful step.  I’m glad you’re here.

I became a counsellor because I deeply believe that every person deserves help, no matter their circumstances, their past, or the place they find themselves in today. No one should have to struggle alone. I also understand that sometimes the systems meant to support us fall short, and people slip through the cracks. When that happens, it can feel isolating, overwhelming, and unfair.

In my work, I offer a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood without judgement. A space where your story matters, your emotions are valid, and your healing is possible. My approach is grounded in compassion, authenticity, and the belief that change begins the moment someone feels safe enough to be themselves.

You deserve support. You deserve care. And you deserve a chance to reconnect with the parts of yourself that pain may have dimmed but never erased.

I’m here to walk with you at your pace, in your way toward a life that feels lighter, clearer, and more your own.

Polly

Counsellor

My journey in supportive work began years ago when I became a Mental Health First Aider, and since then I’ve developed a real passion for helping people through challenging times.

I’m now a qualified Humanistic Integrative Counsellor. I believe that each of us is the expert of ourselves, and that the way forward already exists within us. While it can sometimes feel hard to access those answers, my role is to walk alongside you—not to give opinions or advice, but to help you uncover what feels true and authentic for you.

Together, we’ll build a trusting, collaborative relationship grounded in empathy and authenticity. This creates a safe, non-judgemental space where your wellbeing is always at the centre.

I’m committed to ethical, safe practice. I keep my training up to date and regularly revisit the Ethical Framework that guides my work, ensuring you receive support that is responsible, caring, and grounded in best practice.

Lee

Counsellor

Hi I’m Lee, as a Humanistic Integrative counsellor I believe that we all have the innate ability to thrive and grow. However at times, throughout our journey in life the answers we need can become hidden or distant, experiences and challenges can cloud our ability to see what it is we need in order to grow. As individuals there isn’t one shoe that fits all, and I offer a safe space, where together we can find the answers you need.

My approach is predominantly client-led, meaning I walk alongside you, offering guidance and support on your journey toward self-discovery and inner peace.

We will work in collaboration to explore the patterns and hidden meanings that may shed light on current behaviours or pain you may be experiencing in your life. Our aim will be for you to gain a better understanding and encouraging the acceptance of your authentic self. As a qualified counsellor and member of the BACP ( British Association of Counsellors & Psychotherapists) our work together will held within an ethical framework ensuring that our time together will held with your benefit and safety in mind.
